Our dedicated assessor will ensure that service user and their family member and other Health and Social Health professionals contribute to the information during the risks and needs assessment which will inform a person-centred Care plan according to individual needs and preferences.

Individual Care plan is focused on the quality of expected outcome as defined in the CQC outcomes and regulations for individual Health and welfare.

Our Company’s ethos embedded CQC regulations and Health and Social Care legislation HSC Acts 2008 Amended (2013) by which individual can feel comfortable with our staff through effective communication, Caring, Compassionate, Responsive, and healthy environment as supported by well-led management to facilitate meaningful ongoing care support as required.

We are committed to the value of quality management culture in all our service provisions including health and safety culture.

Our quality management includes a monthly survey in which we encourage service users, their family members and other professionals to contribute their opinions and experiences as feedback toward our continuous quality improvement and maintaining our company’s image and sustainability.

Our management team will listen and respond to individual complaints by providing timely corrective action and implementable plan to the satisfaction of our client.

We developed our quality management to ensure that staff members can contribute their opinion and feedback about how they are carrying out their activities by respecting the dignity of the service user, their human rights, preference, and choices.

We also provide an out-of-hours phone number in case of an emergency where the service user needs to contact one of our managers.
We offer personal care such as bathing, strip wash in bed, dressing, feeding, transferring (from bed to chair and from chair to bed), and continence management, medication, support to get into and out of bed.

Reddish Home Care Ltd will provide professional and compassionate service that is positively received by Service User’s whilst taking care of their needs by developing and following individualised care plans and risk assessments carefully.

Other non-personal care support includes companionship, shopping, support to meet family member, support to maintain religious obligations, travelling to social and recreation places, collecting money from the bank and managing finance.
