Reddish Home Care Ltd cherished the importance of individual worker as essential asset for providing and representing our outstanding image. We therefore, have a strong commitment to recruit and select workers with high level of commitment to quality standards.

We are committed to provide well-trained staff to achieve the best outcome of performance in our sector with care standards certificate as prescribed by the Skills for Care UK. We also employed workers with good track records of experience in care and cleaning as well as providing further training to develop their potentials.

All our workers are vetted on DBS (Police and Criminal Check) before assigning or allocating work activities to ensure that all our clients and families are protected from any form of abuse. We ensure that all our service users and family members in contact with any one of our workers are safe from harm, danger and abuse.

We are committed to meeting our obligations under the employment law, health and safety law, safeguarding law, confidentiality and equality law by checking the eligibility of workers to work in the UK as described by the United Kingdom Border Agency (UKBA). We also obtained two (2) references from individual workers before any work allocation with our clients.

All our staff attended induction training to prepare for the best practice required to work with service users, their family member, other professionals’ involvement and our organization standards as team working culture for the benefit of our service users. We monitor our staff performances to ensure that we can identify any deviation from our ethical standards and to prevent safeguarding issue.

Our management system offers an open access to the Manager and office administration staff so that workers can report any concern immediately. We protect both our staff and service user from the spread of infection by ensuring availability of PPE which are mandatory for all our staff to comply with Covid – 19 Act 2020 such as: Aprons, Gloves, Hand sanitizer, Hair Ties, Face Mask, Sleeve cover and Shoe Covers. Our Manager will conduct regular supervision (announced and unannounced) to ensure that we can collect feedback from staff as well as from service users and their families about their experience regarding the quality of our services.

Reddish Home Care Ltd also provides regular training for all workers to ensure an update and continue professional development (CPD) for meeting our commitment to our clients.  The training provided ensure that all our staff understand good practice and defend our high-quality standard through their own individual career.

We can provide long –term care support such as dementia, physical disability and mental health care supports. All our care workers are also trained to offer ongoing Low level care support as well as High risk personal support including people tested positive for Covid-19, End of life care support, Respite care, Holiday care and 24 hours live- in -care.
